Their souls are only harvestable if the human is suffering. So, we make them work hard labor.

Wa, but it's effective, isn't it? So, if that's what you have to do to achieve your goals then at least they're not suffering for nothing! Still, Tomo doesn't think she'd want to look into that field of study then, it seems really messy for so little reward.
