[ putting words into someone's mouth. what is that called? projecting. what mental capacity is needed to have that ability? theory of mind. she meant the gods have no use. it's not like Madotsuki will bother correcting others. ] They'll do what they want. They'll make their own purpose.

[ the north star wasn't created by humans. but humans gave it a purpose. is that why the north star is there? of course not. it's simply there. purpose and use...they are such fragile things. gods don't matter in that spectrum. ]

I'm not going to make one. [ she doesn't have a use. not as she is, not to these gods. they're fools for bringing her here. a figurehead; that's all she is. ] The followers will.

[ what better way to get a definition of what is evil from the god that represented it in some form? she's curious. ]

There's lots of evil. There's grand cosmic evil, there's war starting evil, and then there's banal evil. We want to say the first two are the worst, but it's really the last one that effects us the most. The little slights people do to one another, or the big ones that just seem tiny in the big picture is real evil, because that's the only evil no one can escape.

Oh, dang, and I filled my philosophy quota a week ago.
